Our Mission in China

Children of the World has been committed to the children in China since 1996 when we were first licensed here to place children for adoption.  Since that time we have carried supplies to the orphanages many times each year.  After the devastating earthquake in 2008, we were on the ground in Sichuan Province within 6 weeks.  We provided funds to purchase tents for families with nowhere to live, water, medical supplies, etc.  We carried much needed mosquito repellent and medicines to tent cities in Changsha.  We were able to take doctors wish lists and provide much needed medicines for the many families in need.

We have also through a Godly family in our area been able to provide funds for three little girls who desperately needed surgery to be able to have it.  All three of these girls have now been adopted and are in loving forever families.
